Estate Entry Gate & Fencing

The estate owner wanted dramatic entry gates that reflected both security and sophistication, with coordinating perimeter fencing across 800 linear feet. The design required intricate scrollwork patterns while meeting strict structural and wind-load requirements.

Our team worked from architectural drawings to fabricate dual swing gates with ornamental scrollwork, custom finials, and integrated automation hardware mounts. Perimeter fencing panels were fabricated in modular sections for efficient installation. All components received a multi-stage finish: sandblast preparation, zinc-rich primer, and two coats of high-performance enamel.

The gates and fencing were installed on time and have become a neighborhood landmark. The automated gate system has operated flawlessly for over 4 years. The project was featured in a regional architecture publication.
